Jane Burgess
Jane Burgess is a singer and actress living in NYC. She has performed throughout the United States and Italy. She received her B.M. and Artist Diploma in vocal performance at Duquesne University (Pittsburgh, PA). Most recently Jane performed the role of Ava Gardner in a musical review That’s Life, she was part of the cast of an off-Broadway production The Hat Left Behind and performed in a reading of The Rites of Love sponsored by the Television Academy. As a classical vocalist Jane was a 2004 Pittsburgh Concert Society Competition winner and has performed the roles of Laurie in The Tenderland, Lauretta in Gianni Schicchi and Hansel in Hansel and Gretel. Jane was a featured soloist with the American Composer’s Alliance at the Flea Theatre (NYC) and was also an ensemble member of Hip-Hopera, a nationally broadcast radio parody sketch.
