Alyssa McEnaney
Alyssa McEnaney is a New York based actress, teacher, and director. She received her Bachelor of Arts from the University New Hampshire where she majored in Theatre with an emphasis in performance technique and children's theatre education. Upon graduation she moved to Los Angeles where she spent the next several years working with some of the best LA has to offer; such as casting director Terry Berland and the amazing staff at Second City Improv. She joins us from Portsmouth, NH where she was a Teaching Artist for the New Hampshire Theatre Project. Since moving to New York four years ago, she has been teaching, performing, and directing in the greater Westchester region. Alyssa works as a children's theatre director at the Pulse Performing Arts Studio in NY, and also works as an assistant at Tannen's Talent in White Plains, NY. Alyssa is best known for her work in film and television. She has been in various commercials, print ads, and independent films. Her recent accomplishments include television commercials for Lend America, Nassau Federal Credit Union, Slipperoo's, and Marchon Eyewear. Additional credits include McDonald's, Grounded for Life, Boston Public, and the S Club 7. Alyssa brings her passion and enthusiasm in drama, coupled with her industry knowledge, to teach our students how to master the craft of acting while also preparing them for successful auditioning experiences.
